My name is Alek Victoria (at least it will be legally pretty soon!!!), known as Vicketch due to my artist name. I was born on Spain and I'm currently 23yoArt has been always my way of expressing my characters and their feelings and I always thought of having it as a hobby. However, as soon as I started to grow up I just noticed this is more than a hobby, it's my passion in life and what I want to live of. I thought I was gonna become an illustrator but OOPS, animation got in my way and looks like I love it with my whole soul!

My Terms of Service and Conditions

- I deserve the right to deny any commission for whatever reason it could be- Paid must be done beforehand through Paypal on $ (USD) (or € in some cases) with an invoice I will send you to the Paypal email you let me know- You are allowed 3 changes per piece. Major ones are only allowed in the rough sketch phase. Extra ones must be paid- Once one phase has been completed and you have given thumbs up to continue, nothing can be changed from it in the future. Example: You gave thumbs up to the sketch and lineart and I'm now colouring. You may ask for changes in the colouring, the colors, but it cannot modify the already done lines.- If you're in a rush for the commission, you may pay extra to get it quicker- Refunds depend on how advanced the piece is when the cancellation is done [ ie. 80% refund if at the sketch stage, 2/3 refund if at the lining phase, 1/3 refund if at the colouring stage; this rule is firm. ]- I deserve the right to upload the drawing to my social medias. I will credit you. If it's a gift and you want me to wait to upload it so I don't ruin the surprise, please, let me know.- You CANNOT edit, modify or resell the piece without my permission. It's only for personal use only, not commercial. Turning it into NFTs is completely forbidden as well- The time of creation depends on the piece, life and everything. I will be keeping you update of the situation of course-I will NOT work with only a written description. I need a visual reference-You agree you're 18 years old or older- The commissions files will be sent to the same email than the paypal one through filemail.com . As a reference, animations stated here are around 24 frames long, which means one second animated to be completely fluid. Price is for on single character. Per extra character is +65% of the price of one character.Example -> If the animation with one character is $150, one extra character raises the price $97'5.You can lower the price by choosing it to be 12 frames per second. The result isn't as fluid as 24 but it will cut down a lot of the price (40% of what it would be being 24FPs)

DISCOUNTSThese are the available discounts you can count on with. However, these do not stack. For example, if your commission includes my character which has 15% discount and it’s also your fifth commission so you can have that 5% discount, you don’t get 20% of discount, only 15% which is the biggest discount from the ones you get! These apply to YCHs as wellThe available ones are:- My character appears (participating or principal): 15%- It’s your fifth commission from me: 5%- Patrons discounts can be checked there
