PAYMENT

  • Extra characters are +50% of the base price.

  • Payment will be through Paypal via invoces and 100% beforehand. USD.

  • You will pay me only when accepting the invoce. Do no sent me any payment on your own beforehand without informing me.

  • The base price of a commission may change if the character design is too complex.

  • You agree that you are 18 or older to be using Paypal.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds may be notified to me in advance. If you want a refund talk to me beforehand and we can talk about it.

  • Refunds can only be done depending on the work status. You can refund during the sketch, lineart or colour stage. Once we enter in the final rendering stage refunds won't be posible.

  • The amount refunded will depend in which stage the piece is when the refund is demanded.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY / USAGE POLICY

  • As the artist and creator of the piece, I have full rights of the work. That means it's copyrighted under my name.

  • The work I do is exclusively for personal use, not commercial use.

  • The artwork will have my signature incorporated.

  • You can't edit, change or modify the artwork for any reason.

  • You can't claim the artwork as your own creation.

  • You can't use my work for Artificial Intelligence or NFTs, nor for any type of monetary benefit.

  • You can post the artwork in your socials as you please. Credit me, please!

  • I can post the artwork to social media and I will tag you unless stated otherwise. If you don't want to be tagged or you don't want the work to be posted warn me beforehand.

  • Do not delete my signature

CHANGES POLICY AND WORK FLOW

  • You are allowed 3 changes per piece. Major ones are only allowed in the rough sketch phase. Extra ones must be paid.

  • I will be in contact with you during all the process. I will notify when I start and I will send you WIPS so we can work together. Don't be afraid to tell me if you like it or not, and tell me if any change is needed!

  • Once a stage of the process is completed you may not go back to change anything. Changes may not modify anything already finished from a previous stage.

  • I won't work without visual references. I don't accept written references and don't do customs.

  • The files will be sent to the same email of your Paypal. I won't send it to any other email.

  • I won't work without clear visual reference

As a reference, animations stated here are around 24 frames long, which means one second animated to be completely fluid. Price is for on single character. Per extra character is +65% of the price of one character.Example -> If the animation with one character is $150, one extra character raises the price $97'5.You can lower the price by choosing it to be 12 frames per second. The result isn't as fluid as 24 but it will cut down a lot of the price (40% of what it would be being 24FPs)

DISCOUNTSThese are the available discounts you can count on with. However, these do not stack. For example, if your commission includes my character which has 15% discount and it’s also your fifth commission so you can have that 5% discount, you don’t get 20% of discount, only 15% which is the biggest discount from the ones you get!
